You name the product to be graded and we give you the suitable solution. If more than one grading fraction needs to be separated in one piece of equipment, multi deck screens are the choice, like VSL-2D two deck screens or even more decks.
Many further screening surfaces are possible, happily built especially for the required screening task given.
Special cascade screens for hot ashes with red glowing steel parts, 3D openings cut into manganese steel for unpacking castings moulding sand, special folded 3D-cassettes separating plastic or steel scrap, but also cassettes for easy and quick exchange for easy-to-clean applications in the food industry or for digestates for quick cleaning, either made from wedge wire or any other special surface.
interVIB is very keen on having excellent accessibility and cleanability of the screening surface with low-wear design.
VSBG
Further Vibratory Screens for the recycling industry can be Vibratory Bar Grate Screen VSBG. The screening surface is almost plug free and the flexible mounted bars will always have a little additional movement to each other keeping the surface clean.

VSGS
interVIB’s Grid Screen VSGS is very successful with wet and sloppy conveying good. Being built from wear resistant steel and a special spreading shape of the surface ensure pinch free screening. This robust design can be washed of or scraped of, even with excavator shovels.
You find this type of screen often in the mortar, gravel or building material recycling industry.
